Image resizing, alignment, alt text and border spaces need enabling.

The HTML Filter + IMCA module seem to strip out image attributes such as width and height.

No problem! Note that I did this by changing the way that Drupal processes HTML to a different module, called HTML Purifier. It has a better reputation for not getting in the way so much, but let me know if you find any other quirks.
